Rules for Rooftop Facilities
These guidelines have been established to promote responsible and safe utilisation of the shared amenities within the property. This document outlines the regulations for accessing and using the common property gardens, barbeque facilities, and rooftop terraces, collectively referred to as the "Area." These guidelines encompass: |
1. The Area is exclusively accessible to lot owners and occupants during their occupancy.
2. Access to the Area may be withheld if strata levies for a lot remain unpaid.
3. Parties and gatherings in the Area are permitted strictly between 7:00 a.m. and 10:30 p.m.
4. The use of amplified sound in the Area is prohibited.
5. Access to the Area may be limited or temporarily restricted for maintenance, safety, or operational reasons, as determined by the owners corporation.
10. Owners are financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves, occupants, or their guests.
11. Users are expected to maintain a clean and tidy environment in the Area, removing any rubbish upon departure.
12. Users enter the Area at their own risk and release the owners corporation from liability for accidents, damages, or injuries.
13. Lot owners are required to indemnify the owners corporation against any liability for injuries or damages related to Area access.
14. All users are obligated to adhere to the rules and directives issued by the owners corporation.
16. Supervision by an adult is mandatory for individuals under the age of 18.
17. Prior consent is necessary for bringing food or hosting parties or functions in the Area.
18. On the rooftop, a maximum of 20 guests per lot per event is permissible.
